H&B: I used one of those cheap lighters that comes with a small flash light thingy at the bottom.

Pointing directly to the camera, dark room, long exposure, and you shouldn't be showing up in the picture.
hahaha! ya. this was a 30 sec exposure so i had to rush a bit. would have been better if i had the release cable to go into bulb mode.
